Diretor de The Amazing Spider-Man, diz que a Marvel não queria mudanças na origem

Mark Webber disse a Comic Book, que a Marvel interviu algumas vezes nas decisões dele, na hora de retratar a origem do spider. Veja também notícias sobre o Bluray do filme.

O diretor disse que tentou evitar a frase "com grandes poderes vêm grandes responsabilidades, mas a Marvel não aceitou essa mudança e disse que queria a frase no filme.
Outra mudança que dessa vez ocorreu foi a personalidade de Peter, que não mudou muito após a morte de seu tio, parece que a Marvel virou a cara quanto a isso. Veja a declaração do diretor:"A Marvel queria ter certeza que o tom e a sensibilidade do material original seriam preservados e não foi fácil convencê-los da mudança".

O diretor comentou também que está aberto ao retorno de Martin Sheen como o Tio Ben em uma sequência de flashback e que a outra controvérsia do filme, a origem das aranhas geneticamente alteradas, frutos do trabalho do pai de Peter Parker, será explicada.
